These free user-friendly instructional apps have been designed to work in conjunction with the My Yoga Guru and My Pilates Guru books published by Octopus, to help practitioners of all levels achieve the correct poses, create their own sessions and log their personal progress when they practise yoga and pilates away from the studio. The apps are available in English and Dutch, and will soon be available in Spanish, French and Italian.

Aimer Media develop new publishing models using the opportunities created by mobile app frameworks. Initially we are creating apps for the Apple iphone/ipod touch/ipad ecosystem, but as other markets expand we will include others such as Android and Kindle.

We believe that many forms of publication contain much more structure and "cleverness" than can be seen on the printed page, we are dedicated to bringing out as much of that editorial vision as can be squeezed into a download.
